“I can’t believe I purchased my floors at Reason Floors.”

I was in the market for a laminate or hardwood floor for my living room and hall. I would pass Reason Floors and see all the beautiful displays in the window. Thinking this was one of those overpriced stores that was really proud of their products, I just kept going. I started shopping the discount stores along with the big box stores trying to find the best values. One day I was sitting at the traffic light in front of Reason’s and I said, “Why not, today I’m not going to let the chandelier in the window frighten me.” I went into the store and was met by Elizabeth. She was patient, kind and give me the personal attention not found at the other stores. On the third visit to the store I purchased my flooring. As I was leaving I turned , saw Charles and made this statement, “I can’t believe I actually purchased my floors here. The flooring was better quality, but at the same or lower price than other places I’ve shopped.” I will most definitely put in a good word for Reason Floors.

After purchasing my vinyl flooring from Reason Floors, the date of installation was scheduled. I was so impressed with the installation crew, I just had to call and commend them on their service. I know people call when they get bad service, I wanted to call because of good service. The installers were really nice,neat, friendly and clean cut. I felt safe while they were in my home. I have a small dog and they were even friendly to my dog. I just couldn’t get over the service. Now, I’m getting ready to move to a new home and Reason Floors will be flooring my new house. I highly recommend Reason Floors.

My husband and I were ready to have new carpet installed in our new room addition. we were concerned about the seams in the room, because of so many windows. When Brady Reason came to our house to do the measuring, he showed us where the seams would be and said we might me able to see the seams, but they would not be objectionable. After the installation of our new carpet, we were so pleased with the appearance of the seams and job in total, we have decided Reason Floors is our first choice when shopping for flooring.
