Reason Floors is owned and operated by Charles and Elizabeth Reason, residents of Cobb County for over 35 years. Charles and Elizabeth have operated a flooring distribution business in Smyrna since 1994, distributing all types of flooring throughout America, South America, and Mexico.

The building formerly occupied by Advance Auto Parts at the corner of Floyd and Hurt Road became available. With the Home Depot and Lowe’s just down the street, we saw a golden opportunity to start a retail flooring store, knowing that personal attention, better pricing, and good customer service would be a winning combination.

So, up goes the lighted signs, secure the chandelier, on goes the new paint, down goes the carpet, marble and hardwood floors. Now, in goes the flooring displays along with the warehouse/showroom inventory. A dream comes true before our very eyes!

Charles and Elizabeth are the proud parents of two daughters and three sons. The oldest son, Sha Reason, is now the manager of the distribution business, with Charles and Elizabeth managing Reason Floors, Inc.
